Framed photo of Harry Truman speaking to a crowd. Second to the left is Walter Walker and second to the right is Wayne Aspinall. Colorado senator Ed Johnson is also pictured.Truman stopped by Grand Junction on September 21, 1948 during his Whistle Stop Election Campaign. A crowd of 7,000 people turned out to see the candidate. He traveled via train that consisted of 17 cars.
