Description
Coveralls worn by 1st Lieutenant Lee Gordon Smith while training at the Drapela School Of Aeronautics In Colorado. Smith would go on to train in advanced flying and serve in the Pacific Theatre during WWII under the U.S. Army Air Force.
White jumpsuit, with red embroidery on back "Drapela School Of Aeronautics" and "Lee" on the front. Blue patch with "Ward Sanforized Pioneer" sewn in the front. 

Lee Gordon Smith went to FMHS and enlisted in the air corp and served in WWII. Smith went to Mesa College wanting to pursue a career in flying. He went to Drapela Flying School in the fall of 1941.
