Construction of 5th Street bridge, south bound traffic.This is a black and white photograph picturing traffic on the 5th street bridge. Several cars are lined up on the bridge all heading to the same destination. Iron half spheres that cover the bridge are seen further back in the photo. On the right of the photo is a large billboard as well as some construction and in the background is a large hill covered with trees, and a few homes can be seen overlooking the bridge.
