Back of the photo says "Interurban Day July 14, 1910.
"Fair Store Picnic (dinner at Copeco). 
"Opening of line between Fruita and Grand Junction Colorado."

Some people are identified on the back. 
Towards the far right are Mr. Gesburg and Mr. Smith.
Towards the middle are Miss Smith, Miss Harseh (?) May McKee, and Miss Shadow. 

In the window further to the left is W. J. Moyer, and on the steps E. H. Craven. 

For the most part, the men wear suits, and the women wear walking skirts, blouses, and large hats, mostly in light colors. "Fruit Belt Route" is visible on the train car.
