About
Originally a 300 acre ranch, on 22 Road on Pritchard Mesa, COPECO operated as a fruit farm until sometime around 1920. The barn and packing shed was converted to a dance hall in the 1920s.Elmer H. Craven and William J. Moyer started the ranch.
