Grand Junction High School report card, dated October 10, 1919. The report card, titled "Scholarship", was issued to Ruth Coffman, sophomore. The card is printed on yellow cardstock with rounded corners, and grades are written in blue or black ink. On the front side, the report card lists half days absent (0), times tardy (0), and gives grades based on Effort, Attitude, Conduct, and scores in the classes Biology, English, Geometry, and "M. M. History" over six "sextile periods" in the quarter. The report card lists a final grade of 88 in Biology taught by "Sciper", 80 in English taught by "Grooms", 91 in Geometry taught by "Brooks", and 83 in "M. M. History" taught by "Eckel". The back of the report card was signed six times by "Mrs. Coffman" and once by the school principal, W. G. Hirons.
