The woman stands in the left of the frame, the baby sits on a decorative pedestal in the center, and the man sits on the right. The woman wears a high-neck dark colored dress, the baby wears a white dress, and the man wears a dark colored suit.Written in pencil on the back of the photo is the message, "R. H Bancroft / and Laura / and Baby". Written above this in blue ink is the name, "Fairy Ryan".
