Earlene Youngbird Tafoya (American [Santa Clara Pueblo]) is a potter from Santa Clara Pueblo. She excels in painting bands of feathers, terraced rain clouds and water serpents (avanyu) on her own perfectly formed polychrome redware. For several years she shared a booth with Mida Tafoya at Santa Fe Indian Market. She is a daughter of Felix and Adelaide Silva Sisnero and a daughter-in-law of Mida Tafoya. Her husband is Robert Tafoya. She is also a granddaughter of Emilia Gutierrez Silva and a great-granddaughter of Juanita Silva. She is sister to Joyce Sisneros, Marie Sisneros Askan, John Sisneros, Grey Antelope, and Merton Sisneros.
