Mrs. Ellen Fletcher owned and operated a ladies millinery storefront (women's hat store) in downtown Grand Junction from 1890 to her death in 1902. Her store was located on the north side of Main Street between 4th and 5th streets. She was married to Robert Evans Fletcher and had at least one daughter, Neora Fletcher.
