First high-rise condominium built in Grand Junction, meant to help bring the town of Grand Junction into a new economic era with the oil shale boom, but almost didn't complete construction after the economy crashed. Groundbreaking commenced April 1983, but did not open as a residence until November 1994. Located at 1111 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction, CO.
