Description
Gray dressing gown with white braiding applique trim. Gray wool flannel with silk lining. Alternately might have been outerwear.
Neckline is at the base of the neck with a natural shoulder seam. Sleeves are full from shoulder to elbow, ending between the elbow and the wrist. Wrists are lined with the same braiding applique. The only closure is a hook and eye at the base of neck. No distinguished waistline nor evidence of belting. Gown length goes to the calf. Gown is gathered along the braiding that lines the shoulders and neck. Back of gown is plain. Silk interior lining has shredded.
