Description
Jicarilla Apache Leather Beaded Pouch with Bells. The front of the pouch is beaded with a pattern in white, red, blue, and green. The pattern is a series of red diamonds and blue arrows and triangles. There are four green triangles on the left and right side pointing towards the outside. The side of the pouch is beaded with green and blue alternating, with the longest patch of blue at the sides near the opening of the pouch. The bottom of the pouch is decorated with many silver colored bells secured on tassels. There are three longer tassels with bells on the left and right of the bottom side. The top of the pouch has a stripe of white and blue beading. The top is secured with two leather strings. The back of the pouch has no beading. U.S. Southwest.
