A female Colias alexandra butterfly, collected by Will Minor, caught July 17, 1952, on Pinon Mesa, Colorado.Specimen is yellow with some dark spotting at the tips & base of its wings. Body is fuzzy and green-tinged.
Lepidoptera specimen, pressed inside of an almost flat, square, plastic container. There is a raised "bubble" in the center of the plastic that houses the body of the specimen.
