Description
Grand Junction hose cart team, 1885. In 1885, the hose team set a world record in Telluride when they pulled their cart 150 yards, connected their hose to a fire hydrant, and had water come out of the spout in 16.4 seconds. The trophy still remains in the Grand Junction Fire Department.
