a. Lowell school, where the parking lot is the site of the old county jail, . 1880b. First hotel in Grand Junction, between 2nd and 3rd on the south side of Colorado Ave. First made in 1882, the year the town was incorporated. Identity of men in front of log structure is not known.
c. YMCA building, 1913, just after the railing blew off
