Description
Male apricot sulphur (Phoebis argante) - a species of butterfly - specimen, pressed inside of an almost flat, rectangular, plastic container. There is a raised "bubble" in the center of the plastic that houses the body of the specimen.

Original label identifies the specimen as "[Male] Catopsilia Argante" - an outdated scientific name - and notes that it was collected in Satipo, Junín, Peru in October of 1944. The specimen is a vibrant orange-yellow.
