Ladies' cotton black blouse. The bodice has a lace insert over the breast area with a sewn-in pattern. There is vertical pleating throughout the garment. The sleeves are full length with buttons in the cuff area. The garment has hidden buttons up the right side of the front. There is another layer (liner) underneath that has buttons as well.
