There are two pieces to the dress. The top is is D34.1 and the skirt is E78Black two piece dress. Skirt waist band sits at the hips, fitted through hips and full at the hem. Skirt length is floor length and skirt treatment is pleated, there is black lace around the bottom half of the skirt.
