Description
Lepidoptera specimen, pressed inside of an almost flat, square, plastic container. There is a raised "bubble" in the center of the plastic that houses the body of the specimen.
Original label identifies the specimen as a "[Female] Asterocampa Clyton" butterfly. It was caught by Will Minor on August 2nd, 1938, in Finleyville, Pennsylvania 
The underside of the specimen is a mosaic of different, soft browns. The opposite side of the specimen is patterned in burnt orange and a multitude of browns.
