Description
Short ladies blue & white striped blouse. A taffeta-like material with a verticle stripe design. There are white buttons down the midline in the front, on the cuffs of the sleeves, as well as the collar. The collar folds down so the buttons are hidden unless it is flared up on the neck. The waist is slightly cinched with an elastic band around it. Sleeves are full length with the same design as the torso.
