Full-length heavy cotton black skirt. It has a side opening and a woven-in design with raised tuffs. On the top, near the waistband, are 3 ribbons (1 inch wide) that create a pattern along the hips. The bottom has ribbon sewn in along the feet area as well creating the same design.
