Description
Child's deep purple taffeta blouse. It has full-length sleeves with pinned-up cuffs. There is a ruffle/pleated pattern along the cuffs. The same pleated/ruffled design is present on the folded collar. The same pattern is on either side of the midline along the fabric buttons present in the front. The waist is cinched with a black tie visible from the front.
