Black silk evening dress with gathered/ruched sides. Black and bright blue beads. Ruched sections around the sides.Some discoloration on the front due to a stain. Extensive beading at the neck, the hem, and down the sides. Snap placket at left shoulder, with additional placket (missing snaps or hooks) inn left side seam.
Comes with a detached beaded black belt piece (a).
