Preston Walker and Harry Benge preparing shoes to be sent to the Navajo (Dine) children in Arizona."Shoes to fit Navaho Feet are being examined here by Preston Walker (left) and Harry Benge (right). These shoes will be distributed to Navaho kids at the Kayenta school in Arizona for Christmas. Correct fit for all of the kids was assured by cardboard footprints, which were taken of each child's feet. Money for the shoes came from a local businessmen and the shoes were purchased from Benge's at a discount." Photo used in Daily Sentinel.
