Framed photo and letter celebrating Mesa State College offering graduate-level courses through Senate Bill 94-198. The letter gives special thanks to Senator Tilman Bishop, Representative Time Foster and Representative Dan Prinster who sponsored the bill. Letter was written by the President of the College, Raymond N. Kieft and the letter was addressed to the Grand Valley Residents.
