Description
Yellow geiger counter with a yellow handle. OCDM Item No. CDV-700 Model 6A Ser. No. 77953 The Victoreen Instrument Co. Cleveland, Ohio There is a warning label to remove batteries when not in use on the end with the handle. On the left side is the Civil Defense logo in red, white and blue. On the right side is a yellow label OPERATIONAL, CHECK, SOURCE. On the top is a 3.5" guage for measuring radiation. There are toggle latches on both ends of the geiger counter. There is a black dial that indicates Circuit Check, Off, Zero, XI00, XI0, XI. PHONE plug: with black cord attached to single earphone and headband.
