Flower girl dress that was worn by Betsy for Clinton and Lina May’s wedding.Neckline of the dress is at the base of the neck and is decorated with pleats/ruffles on the collar. Sleeves are at the natural shoulder, and are short. A pearl decoration is on the left lapel. Waistline is higher than the natural waist and is also pleated. The waistline is hidden behind a green belt (attached to dress) that can be hooked to close. Skirt falls below the knee.
Has zip closure up the back and a hook and eye on the back of the dress.
