Aspinall, U.S. Representative for Colorado, Fourth District, and Chairman of the House Interior and Insular Affairs Committee. The man next to him is Gerald Ford, president of the United States. They are at a ceremony where Ford and Colorado governor Richard Lamm unveiled a bronze statue of Aspinall at the Colorado Capitol building.
