From strictly left to right, they are identified as: unknown, Charlie Traylor, Mark Eberly, Mickie Ackerman, and Shyron Brown. Ackerman and Brown were charged with first degree arson and conspiracy to commit arson in an arson case of Ackerman's House of Interior, a furniture store. Eberly was also tried with conspiracy to commit arson. Traylor is Ackerman's attorney. They are identified as walking to Mesa County Court for arraignment.
