Description
39 Images of Soupeaters Christmas Party - circa 1920. Al Look, who wrote "On Guard for The Daily Sentinel, collected old unwanted toys, Grand Junction firemen repaired them and the toys were then given to less fortunate children at a free show at the Avalon Theatre. Around 1,500 children got toys. There are 23 photos in this files No. 39 through 62. Photoswere by Frank Dean.
This is a black and white photograph showing a family of five, including a mother, father, a young boy, and two young girls. The father is wearing a long black coat and a top hat, the mother is wearing a black fur coat and hat with white socks and black shoes, the young boy is wearing lighter pants with a darker jacket and a white button up shirt on. One of the girls is wearing a white hat with a pom pom with a darker jacket, dark socks and dark shoes. The youngest girl is standing in between her parents with a dark fur jacket, long white socks, and mary jane shoes.
