Bank Customers Wait - about 300 customers of the Bank of Clifton were in line to withdraw their money early Monday when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation reopened the bank. Colorado State bank Commissioner Richard B. Doby took possession of the bank at 3 pm Friday and appointed the FDIC as liquidator. 
This is a black and white photograph picturing the bank of Clifton. On the left of the photo is the sign for the bank stating the name and saying welcome to Clifton. To the right, spanning the photo is a large grass area with several people lined up around it facing the parking lot in the back of the photo.
