Bank Customers Wait - about 300 customers of the Bank of Clifton were in line to withdraw their money early Monday when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation reopened the bank. Colorado State bank Commissioner Richard B. Doby took possession of the bank at 3 pm Friday and appointed the FDIC as liquidator.This is a black and white photograph picturing the bank of Clifton.
