Blue and white Colorado license plate belonging to Tillie Bishop. License plate reads, "Colorado, POW, Lest they be forgotten" Colorado is in white text on blue mountains in the background, a red line underneath it. POW is in black text and besides an image of the United States flag. Lest they be forgotten is on the center bottom, above a red line.
