Dress is made from a navy, sheer, textured unknown fabric, possibly synthetic. Fabric consists of multiple small pleats in zigzag pattern. Small band of velvet around edges of neckline. Dress features high, square neckline and attached cap sleeves. Belt made possibly from satin sits at natural waist, ties into a bow. Two darts in bodice led to six pleats in waist line. Dress features a calf length, A-line skirt. Zipper along back of dress. Small pleat in back of dress on the bottom.Tag stating "Henry Allen Montreal" sewn into dress.
