1999.55.21a: dress, 1999.55.21b: beltDress is made from a green and blue floral fabric, possibly chiffon or organza. Dress is lined with a tan satin. Skirt also features tulle lining.
Dress features a round, scoop neckline with cap sleeves, and darts throughout the bodice, coming in at the natural waist, highlighted with a belt. There is twisted fabric detailing at the bust. Features a full pleated skirt with a bubble hemline, ending mid-calf. Zipper on side of dress.
Tag stating "Elinor Gay Original" sewn into dress.
