Dress is made from light blue fabric, possibly satin, with a darker blue velvet band and bow. Dress features elbow length sleeves, a round neckline, and high waistline accentuated by the darker blue band and small bow. Dress has darts and goes below the knee. Back of dress features a zipper and cascading bow from the blue band.Tag sewn in states "MeriGai Weddings Selected Fashions"
