Dress is made from light yellow lace, possibly French, with a yellow lining, possibly satin. Dress is sleeveless with a square neckline and natural waist. Skirt is calf length with small pleats in lace. Zipper in back of dress.

Button up jacket is made from the same fabrics as the dress, features three quarter length sleeves and ruffled lace accents around collar and buttons, 4/5 of which remain intact.
1999.55.10c
Object features a matching belt, with a bow. Loops on side of dress to hold belt in place, snap-on buttons secure it around one's waist during use.
