Beaded Scalloped Purse with Metal Chain and Floral Detailing. The pouch is made of brown velvet with scalloped edges. The purse is rounded and oblong. The edges are decorated with three rows of white beading. The designs on the purse include several different types of flowers in pink and red, yellow and gold, blue, and white and clear beading. There are 6 flowers on the top fold attached to one main stem. The body of the purse has 7 flowers in the same colors, all attached to one stem. The design is repeated on both sides. Beadwork from Native Americans in Red Cloud, Nebraska area.Content Date:
