Description
Full-Length white cotton petticoat. It has an elastic waistband. There is a lace design about knee length all the way around the skirt. Towards the bottom, there is another lace design embroidered into the fabric that goes from calf height to the bottom of the skirt. The bottom edge is scalloped with the lace design. It appears to have an additional layer at the bottom interior as well.
