Description
This is a black and white photograph picturing the cart races in 1892 in Grand Junction. In the background of the photo are the mesas and further in the front of the photo is several trees and buildings in the distance. In the forefront of the photograph on the left are several buildings lined up with shop signs. A large crowd of people is lined up on the left in front of a wide dirt road. On the right side of the photo are a few more buildings and another crowd of people lined up on the right of the dirt road. In the forefront of the photo on the right hand side is the rooftop of a concrete building and behind it is a building with a large dome as the roof.
