Box for Kodalite IV Flasholder.Box is yellow in color. The top side has a drawing of the flasholder in the top left corner, in the center in red text, "Kodalit IV" below it is a black rectangle with yellow text, "Flasholder." Underneath is more text reading,
"With removable reflector.
- For Brownie Starlet and Starflex, Brownie Hawkeye, Brownie Bull's-Eye, & Kodak Duaflex Cameras. Attaches directly to all Kodak Cameras with screw-in fittings.
- Use Kodak Universal Flasholder Bracket to attach to most other flash cameras."
Uses No. 5 or 25 Flashlamps or with Kodak 3-inch Flasholder Reflector use M-2 Flashlamps."
Both left and right sides of the box have the same text. Top right corner reads, "No. 713" With a red rectangle below, "Brown." Towards the left side is the same image of the flasholder that is on the top of the box, with "Kodalite IV" and a black rectangle, "Flasholder"
The back of the box is mostly empty, on the bottom in a red border and in red text, "Kodak" Below, "Made in Rochester, N.Y., U.S.A. By Eastman Kodak Company, T.M. Registered U.S. P.A.T. Off."
Bottom and inside of the box are blank with the exception of the left flap which has a bit of text, "A&OD-65, Litho in U.S.A."
