Round cast copper box with gold finish and hinged lid. Box is decorated with three horse heads and a stud knob molding. Interior of the box is lined with red velvet.Box was used and owned by George Forrest [1895-1968] who lived in Bayfield, CO from 1912-1918 and in 1936-1940, and moved near Palisade and Mesa from 1945-1968.
