Signs for Michelin, Polarine Superior Gasoline, United States Tires, and Mobilois are visible on the exterior of the building. Bower Garage, located on 3rd Street in Palisade, CO, later became the library building and is presently (2024) the Municipal Building.Left to Right: Phil Bower, Ed Bancroft, Fred Bower Jr. (child), Fred Bower, C.
