Description
Black and white photograph, mostly out of focus, of approximately 50 people, some dressed formally and some dressed in various costumes, posed in three rows. They are in a large room, identified as Bower Hall located in Palisade, CO. The room is decorated for a party with multicolored streamers with stars on them hanging from the ceiling and decorating the windows and back wall. The room has hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling with electric light fixtures, and windows lining the walls. Four American flags and three portraits of unidentified men also hang on the back wall of the room, visible behind the group of people. Most of the faces of the partygoers and the floor in the foreground is out of focus. 

Written on the mat the photo is attached to below the photo in blue ink is the caption, "Party in Bower Hall in 1906". Stamped in red ink in the top right corner of the mat is the name, "Phil Bower". Written in pencil on the back of the photo are the notes, "Bower Hall Palisade / Party in Bower Hall 1906".
