Black and white photograph of Bower Garage, located on 3rd Street in Palisade, CO. The garage is a two-story building with three gas pumps built into the sidewalk in front. Signs advertising "Mobiloil", "Fisk", "Conoco Oils", and "Shell" are visible attached to the building or gas pumps. Other signs are visible but illegible. The roof of the building is cut out of the frame. The street in front of the building is covered in snow. Another building, mostly out of frame and shaped like a monitor style barn, is visible to the right of the garage. A car is parked on the street in front of the neighboring building, also mostly cut out of the frame.Stamped in red ink in the upper right corner of the photo is the name, "Phil Bower".
